The scope of work carried out for this new concrete pad construction (85sqft) with a 4” knee wall includes:
Digging & disposal of existing soil down to 6” to 9” in some areas due to sloping, and chipping some existing concrete base foundations.
Leveling, compacting and formwork.
Road-base back fill levelled out across the whole area, to provide a solid base for a level 3” concrete pad all across.
A 4” knee wall as constructed as well to act as a water barrier between the outside of the pad to the inside (after proper applications, such as liquid membrane, is applied).
Provided a 1-foot pathway all around the pad and back filled with crushed rock to provide better drainage.
Concrete placement and levelling were done and provided a trowel finish for the concrete.
